Sandow  Partners is a boutique search firm specializing in placing accounting  and finance professionals and is owned and managed by company  founder, Elaine Sandow. The firm’s approach to business is based on a  philosophy of managing the search process with honesty, integrity and  impeccable customer service.  Elaine has served corporations in meeting  their hiring needs for more than 15 years and has experience in working with  fortune 500’s, burgeoning start up organizations and everything in  between. She understands the need for flexibility and modifies her  search approach to fit the unique requirements of each employer. Sandow  Partners concentrates on servicing the needs of companies within the  state of Florida and has significant market presence in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Tampa, Orlando, Naples, Fort Myers, Jacksonville, Melbourne and surrounding cities.
 

A  number of years ago, Elaine Sandow entered the recruiting world and  found that she had a special knack for matching up corporate needs and  individual skill sets. The key to her success is her own personal  background in both public accounting and corporate settings. Elaine is a  CPA, MBA and started her career with the Big 4. She has been a Finance  Vice President in a billion dollar corporate environment as well as in a  high tech startup. She intimately understands the complexities of the  hiring process from both the employer and candidate perspective and is  sensitive to the needs of both.
 

Sandow  Partners has a multi-pronged approach to sourcing candidates. Our key  resource is our network of referrals from both candidates and clients.  We spend an inordinate amount of time fostering these relationships. We  have memberships in various professional organizations and utilize  online professional networking methods as well. We call on our contacts  throughout the state and country and focus on industry relationships to  match up skills sets.   We carefully  screen our candidates prior to presenting them for a particular  opportunity to ensure they meet your business needs and position  requirements.
